George Blissett has
been selling Real Estate with Semonin Realtors since 1993. While working
part-time he successfully graduated from Floyd Wickman Courses (Sweathogs)
in 1994, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2001 & 2002. He took an average of 6.8
LISTINGS during the each program. He also completed The Floyd Wickman’s
Alumni Club in 1998, Master Sales Society in 1998, 1999 & 2003, Master
Mentor System with Floyd Wickman & two other TOP Trainers in 1999
for a full year coaching &
Master SalesTrack in 2000. His listings are taken at successful
commission rates.
His Secrets for Success are within his assistant the ULTIMATE PERFORMER
PROFESSIONAL this sophisticated software has been developing since 1994. While
he was attending FWC classes he was asked by many students "when can I
get a copy of the software?" In 1998 George decided to create a copy for marketing. In
Dec. 2000 was the birth of ULTIMATE PERFORMER. He released the
first copy and has been improving on it ever
since. On January 10, 2002 he released a more advanced system (version 1.5). This version came in 2 packages Ultimate Performer
PROFESSIONAL & Ultimate Performer BASIC. Users of other Contact Management
